Excellent experience buying a car from John at United Motors. My mechanic found a few issues when inspecting it, John offered to replace the needed parts without raising the price. After buying it I realized the AC/heat wasn't blowing air, John offered to fix whatever was wrong before even diagnosing it to see what the cost would be for him. This is an honest and professional business I would recommend to others.

I purchased this hard to find 1995 Mercedes Benz SL 600 with the magnificent V12 engine from United Motors back in may of 2022 and drove the car all the way to California without any issues. John was straight forward and honest about the condition of the car and was very accommodating with my requests to test all the electronics and hydraulic systems before I drove away on my 3000 miles journey home. They even charged up the AC for me at no charge!

The following was written by my dad, Les, about his experience with purchasing a vehicle from John at United Motors. "The intent of this message is to bring well deserved recognition to United Motors for the excellent customer service they provided to my wife and I when we purchased a used Camry from them last week. It was about a 5-day process when we first visited the lot and spoke to John about a used Camry that we had seen on their website - until we drove it home. John was incredibly helpful, honest, and followed up on everything exactly the way he said he would. Everything he told us from start to finish turned out to be spot on and completely accurate. I do not write reviews like this often but had to for John and United Motors. They more than deserve it and went well up and above expectations. Two quick examples is how John brought to our attention that his mechanic was going to be replacing the valve cover gaskets - before we even realized that they needed to be replaced. And after the sale was finalized, we found from the mechanic that the rear struts had also been replaced and a new set of spark plugs were installed - when the valve cover gaskets were replaced. They did not have to do that, but the mechanic knew it was the right thing to do and did it. That is how the complete experience was with John and his mechanic. They made my wife and I feel that they truly cared about what they were doing and believe in doing it right. They did not just talk the talk - they most definitely walked the walk. It was an incredible experience for my wife and I and we now have a car that we could not be happier with. Thank you so much John, you made a difference for us and we sincerely appreciated everything that you and United Motors did throughout the complete purchase process.
