Their communication is excellent and the quality of care they have shown to me is out of this world. I have never experienced as good of customer service as I have been given here at family auto. If you are hesitant about trusting or choosing a car lot as I was, go in person here and ask for Mookie or Irving. They are amazing, honest, trustworthy, patient, and extremely understanding.
