Billy Navarre Honda is an awesome place! Darius Clayton helped me with my car. He was very patient and thorough, he explained everything I asked and he made sure i understood what was going on! He kept me updated with his every move, if he was leaving he’d let me know where he was going, what was taking so long and he kept explaining the whole process to me. He is super awesome and keeps in contact even after getting my car. Ted was very helpful too, he made sure all my questions were answered and was very thorough in his explanations as well! Mike Jones was awesome too, he was available to help me with some last minute things and he was also very reassuring and responsive! They all were gentleman, I never touched a door or car handle the whole time I was there, and they are well mannered. 10/10 experience ????????
I recently bought a car from Navarre that I originally found on Auto-trader. I live out of state and am not a volume buyer so they had no reason to go the extra mile for me to earn my business, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Justin Sonnier is who I dealt with and he was beyond helpful. He was responsive and easy to work with. He did his best to make the sale as easy as possible considering the distance and even followed up to make sure everything went well with delivery ( even though I opted for private delivery and he didn’t have to). Again I’m not local, and I don’t know about how the other salesmen there are, but I’d highly recommend that if you’re considering buying a vehicle from Navarre, request to speak with the Justin. It was refreshing to have a capable and competent individual on the other end of the deal who had a genuine interest in taking care of his clients.
