2015 RAM 1500 Express Regular Cab

From NH, reached out to discuss a 2019 F-150 I saw posted online. The staff were great to work with, they sent additional photos of some blemishes to make sure I knew everything I could before making the flight down. Vehicle was incredible clean, everything was in great condition and I drove it back without any issues. I’ve put 6k miles on since buying 3 months ago and absolutely love the truck. Very easy to deal with and very happy with the overall experience.

This place primarily sells pickup trucks, which made it easy since that’s what I was looking for. Mark and Sam were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to answer my questions quickly. The truck I ended up buying needed a little work on a headlight, tail light, and a blinker light on the mirror. Mark made sure to fix the headlight and tail light before I went through with the purchase, and on the day of purchase I noticed the turn signal housing under the drivers side mirror was missing. Even after I finished my paperwork, they had me come back the next day when the part arrived, and Luis dropped what he was doing and installed my part right away. They could have probably sold the truck as is to someone else, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I drove off. Not only was my truck the best value I could find in my price range, but the service was exceptional. I live over 300 miles away, but will be coming back for my next vehicle! At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.
