I like coming to this Hyundai, never had an issue before & get customer service 9/10 of the time. Only issue with this last time was they have a lady on her cellphone relaxing on the advisor seats. She clearly acknowledged me when I walked in to pick up my car, so I proceeded to tell her “Hi I came to pick up my car” and she responded “An advisor will be right with you” as she went back to her phone because that was more important. What is her job position? Because I want to get hired for being on my phone and giving the bare minimum of professionalism too. Her job seems amazing.
Once again this dealership has taken very good care of my family and I. JT is an amazing guy and makes the buying process seamless. Rikko Navarrette is the sales manager and made sure everything was done to our liking and made us feel very relaxed during the entire sales process. Once we agreed to the deal we went in to the business office to sign all the docs. Normally the part of the process that is the least favorite but Danny in Finance is always fast, efficient and transparent in his offerings and wants to make sure that we understood everything!
