He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal possible. Not only that, but the dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One thing that really stood out was how prepared Hanny was. He had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. This level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made the entire process smoother and more efficient. The customer service at Mountain View Chevrolet was exceptional. Hanny and Tony, the GM, were both amazing. They were friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We felt valued as customers, and that made all the difference. Miguel Cervantes our sales man is great! everything went smooth when sending bank statements and check stubs. We live almost 2 hours away and he even offered the car to be delivered to my address. Great experience and fast service. Definitely recommend Mountain View Chevrolet to buy a vehicle.

I recently purchased a car from Mountain View Chevrolet through an internet deal, as I live 62 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I had my eye on was out for a test drive. However, Miguel Cervantes, the Internet Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact car I wanted despite the hiccup. Amir made the finance process completely painless. The next day, when I returned on the Metrolink to bring home my car, Ash, the Sales Manager, personally picked me up at the train station and drove me to the dealership. Three days into owning my 2021 Bolt EV, I encountered a major issue with the lithium battery pack. I called Miguel, who promptly arranged a service appointment for the next day. Upon arriving at the service center, I was greeted by Matt Baker, my Service Advisor. Matt’s friendly, happy, and reassuring demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. He kept me informed throughout the diagnosis and the eventual replacement of the battery by General Motors. I’m very happy with my new (to me) electric vehicle and feel well taken care of by the staff at Mountain View Chevrolet. Thank you for making the experience a positive one!
