Stopped in for Express oil change. I thought it was no appointment needed. I was informed that that had changed and an appointment was necessary. The Express manager apologized for the inconvenience then slipped me in between appointments. Fantastic customer service!

I was happy we were able to get tires very quickly without an appointment. One thing that prevented me from rating 5 stars was I asked about the drivers seat sensor. I was told you never see swiveling seats so he could not answer my question. There was zero effort to try and find an answer for me. Not checking on your computer system or ask a co worker. No effort at all.

Adam was great to work with! He updated me about the issue with my vehicle and assured me it was covered under warranty. The part had to be ordered, so Jeff Klein, the Wagoneer Concierge, came through with a loaner, which was a huge relief! Great service!!
