Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done. They were incredibly thorough with the inspection and repair, making sure nothing was overlooked. I truly appreciated the honest communication and attention to detail. It's not easy finding a repair shop you can trust, but this place definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend!

After several attempts to have the truck we were looking for brought to a dealership closer to us and having salespersons tell us the truck wasn't available while trying to sell us one on their lot, we gave the Parks Kernersville NC dealership a call.
