I was really hesitant about the KIA brand but wanted to take at least a look. I went in the first day and wasn’t super impressed until the manager came out and started pushing for a better trade in rate for my past car. I was hesitant and gave it a day. Came back for a second try and I had Li and he was great. He kept reassuring me and making sure the process was transparent and easy.
