2016 RAM 1500 Express Regular Cab 4x4 6'4" Box

Shawn Cole (sales) and everyone we interacted with at Classic Chevy; were phenomenal. My adult daughter and I were up for our 2021 leases and were struggling to find cars that checked all our boxes. One cold call and a handful of emails back and forth with Shawn and he delivered on 2 RS chevys that 2 other big big Chevy dealerships were unable to obtain. We arrived on Saturday the 5th to pick them up; everything was all in order with paperwork, cars were perfectly staged and detailed: and we left with smiles and knowing now we have a great Chevy dealership we can rely and return to.

Had my Equinox detailed interior and exterior plus oil change, brake system flushed and tire rotation. Classic made it easy; dropped off my car on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. They provided me with a loaner no problems, very professional. Deanna in service was exceptional she made things work accordingly to our plan. My 2018 Equinox looks like new. Great job detailing and service dept!
