Yesterday I had the chance of working with salesman Omar S to purchase my Jeep Wrangler and he was AWESOME! He was VERY genuine, kind, patient and professional. Omar really went above and beyond to help me and to work with me. He listened to all my requests patiently and he was never arrogant or rude. He got me my dream car for a very GREAT deal. Omar definitely deserves a 5 star review because, if it wouldn’t have been for him, I may not have bought my vehicle. With that being said, I had an appointment to see the vehicle at 4pm and when they pulled it up, it was very dirty inside and very dusty on the outside too. It seemed it hadn’t been prepared for me to look at it. Omar made sure everything was detailed for me before I left, which I was very thankful for. The only other opportunity for improvement is, the dealership itself made it a very long process from start to finish. Between getting things ready and finalizing the paperwork, we were there from 4pm all the way until 9:30pm! I’m leaving Omar 5 stars for being so kind, giving us great hospitality in those five hours and for giving me a great deal. I’ll give the dealership 4 stars for taking so long and not having the vehicle prepared.
