2015 RAM 2500 Tradesman 4X4 Regular Cab

I was looking for a small cargo van. I first reached out to B and N auto sales with a phone call and spoke with Jessica. She took time to go over available inventory with me. She was kind and knowledgeable. When I came by the next day, Jessica greeted me by name. David was the next person to help me out. He had good information about the cargo vans I was interested in, spoke with me generally about the strengths of each brand when I asked for his opinion and was transparent regarding where the inventory comes from and the evaluations done by B and N. These are largely fleet vehicles and the majority of the ones I looked at had great service record information associated with them. I arrived with a letter of preapproval from my lender. The lender I used required the vehicle I chose to be inspected at one of their local branches, David and Jessica made this happen without making it seem like it was an inconvenience or problem of any kind. Although we agreed that I would go to the bank and pick up the car on Monday, my bank was unable to give me an appointment until Tuesday. Jessica helped me with the change in plan and had all my paperwork ready for Tuesday. When I arrived to pick the van up it was all set and ready to go. David greeted me and let me know he'd taken care of a few things I had wondered about like the possibility of removing a partition in the van. From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. I would suggest B and N auto sales to anyone looking for a cargo van or work truck.
