2025 RAM ProMaster

Recently purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport from Alexander Ford. Big thank you to David Jordan who helped us through our purchase process and was awesome! Also special thanks to one of the managers Chris Brannon who had the Bronco ready and waiting for us after we spoke on the phone briefly with him that we were interested and on the way from Huntsville Al. My F150 3.5L 4x4 was rattling on cold start up. Terry Williams (service mgr.) scheduled it in very quick diagnosed it to be a cam phasers...a major engine repair. Quickly ordered parts and repaired it... truck was back on the road 3 days total. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I have NEVER have never had this level of satisfaction with a dealer. Kudos to the entire service department. See Terry! Update; Was in a hurry had brake job done by another dealers service department (Gilbert/Baugh) they didn’t not fix My brakes so I called Terry he got my truck in same day the techs had to redo what was not done correctly by the other dealer and now my brakes are perfect. This was my second visit to their service department and both times I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with their work.
