2025 RAM ProMaster

I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Bates Ford ( counting my immediate family, we’ve purchased 15 or so in all - maybe more); that within itself says it all. It’s an entirely different dealership and buying experience. They’ve earned my trust and my business. They’ve treated my entire family like their own “extended” family. Their prices are excellent. I’ve always gotten top dollar for my trade. Service and Customer Care is second to none. And to top it all off, somehow, they get a selection of 1-owner, accident free, local trade-in, crazy low mileage vehicles like you’ll find nowhere else … nowhere! (My 2021 Truck had 10K miles!) Go see Toby Bates - if they don’t have exactly what you want - he will find exactly what you want! (My last 2 vehicle requests - which I thought would be impossible to fill - took about 2 weeks for #1 and 1 day for #2 - Amazing!) Not only will he take care of you - but you’ll feel like you just added another family member. I will never buy elsewhere!

He was helpful, courteous, fair, and honest with us through the whole process. We received excellent financing and drove away very satisfied with our new truck. I would highly recommend 10/10.

We bought a 2022 Ford Edge and had the best experience. Brian the sells guy was very professional and nice. Shawn the financial guy was pleasant. I would recommend. What made this better was we went to a different ford dealer earlier in the day and had a horrible experience. Came right in here and immediately felt like this was the place to be. Thanks again!
