Hands down one of the best experiences with purchasing a vehicle. Tyler from Eide Chrysler was so awesome to work with, he met up with us at Eide Ford, answered any questions we had, was so personable and friendly, made sure we got the best deal, Peter from finance was great to work with too, answered any and all questions/concerns that we had, went over everything that it was easy to understand. I have never bought a vehicle from Eide, and I’m so thankful I did. Everyone we ran into was so friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. The mobile service team was amazing to work with! Chris scheduled my recall and ordered parts to have them ready to go. When Casey arrived to perform the work, he was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions I had and gave options for future service. Thanks to these two great employees. (If only my interactions with the GM had been half this pleasant. But that’s a different one star review.)
