2022 RAM 1500 Classic

I had contacted them about an Audi S5 and they were extremely transparent about it. I had problems with financing and Taylor was able to help me, she stayed in contact with me about the car from the start till the finish. Bradley and Tierra picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership, Jay was extremely helpful and patient. Never felt pushed to buy the car. This dealership is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. No clue what the other reviews are… They were transparent with everything, if anything was wrong with the car. Etc. I flew from NY to Phoenix and Jay's daughter Tierra was waiting at the airport when I arrived. She escorted me to ASC Motorsports where I met Taylor and was instantly handed keys to the truck. Taylor asked if I wanted to test drive the truck by myself or preferred her to ride along and quickly hopped in when I asked for her guidance being in unknown territory. She was patient and personable just as Tierra had been. After arriving back at the dealership she went in the office and gave me ample time and space to check everything out on the truck as it was about to make a 2,500 mile cross country haul. I felt zero pressure and total respect from Taylor. She made paperwork effortless and even after sealing the deal on the truck, Taylor assured me that a couple small issues I had with the truck would be addressed by way of them shipping me the parts. Truck gave me no issues all the way home and in a very reasonable time frame I received the parts I had asked for just as she had promised. What else can I say besides these people are very accommodating, kind and ultimately want happy customers. The truck was a good deal and I am thankful that I did business with ASC as their approach to business is the way other dealerships could take some lessons from! ?

Walked out of Peoria Ford after an hour of run around when I had a pre-approval. I ended up here, thankfully. It was a completely different experience, no run around and back and forth between salesmen and finance managers. No pressure to buy anything whatsoever. Taylor Spears was completely up front about prices, showed me every number she punched in the computer. She helped me pick something that would finance with a better interest rate. They closed at 1pm and she stayed hours late to help me, and I was able to drive my new truck home. Best experience I have ever had a any dealership by far.
