2012 RAM 2500 ST 4X4 Crew Cab LWB

I contacted the dealership in the morning to do a test drive for a Ford Explorer. I was texted by my sales rep Zach Johnson within the hour. We showed up at the designated time to find the car up front and started. Did the test drive and Zach was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and when I was pondering the vehicle he did not hoover or make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. It truly was the easiest best experience purchasing a car. I was in shock the entire time I was in there that it was this easy and smooth. I will recommend Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of South Anchorage to any one and ask for Zach. He is awesome!

Been to quite a few dealerships in the past few months (for family) and I’ll be honest, im not a “review” type of person but here we are. Im a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due and my experience working with Arvee and Henry was by far one of the best experiences out of any other dealership across the US I’ve worked with. Granted I bought a Ford from this dealership, i wouldnt have wanted any other dealer to deal with than the folks working here. These folks really took care of me, didnt fight me and did absolutely everything they could to make me happy. Thank you fellas, it was a pleasure to work with you.

The staff was very helpful, and not pushy as some auto dealers are, we felt very comfortable, working with the three gentlemen that sold us this truck. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Lithia and I would recommend them over any other dealership.
