My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Mountain Land Auto, and when we got it home we found it had a serious issue. When we contacted Shane about the issue, he assured us that they stand by what they sell and promised to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. He spent a lot of time with us on this issue, and then, true to his word, he fully resolved it to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this dealership.

I had always seen some unique trailers in passing on my way to and from Vernal and finally decided to stop in yesterday. Shane noticed me immediately as I drove in and proceeded to spend 45 minutes with me showing us through different trailers. It felt more like a good buddy showing you a cool new toy than a salesman trying to pry your wallet open. So refreshing! I loved their lineup and they have earned my business. Fantastic experience.

After one of the worst experiences at a different dealership, I called Mountainland about a used car I saw listed on CarGurus. I spoke with Shane who answered all my questions for me and then received a call from Hank to set up a time to check out the car. When I pulled into the lot the next morning, the car I wanted to look at was ready and waiting front and center by the doors. I jumped out to go see it and as I peeked in the windows, Hank came out and said “you must be Alicia!” It was such a warm welcome. He handed me the keys and said to take all the time I needed to check it out and test drive the car. It was SO clean and I fell in love with it immediately. When we came back, we were offered some cold drinks and directed to Austin, the finance guy. He explained everything in easy to understand ways while Hank took the car for a wash and got it all ready. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. I was almost in tears when we left because of how smooth and nonstressful the process had been, especially in comparison to the terrible experience I’d had the night before. I actually hugged Hank when we left, I was so happy. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m still loving my car, the interest rate, and have the best peace of mind with the warranty they offered.
