After researching for about a month I came across Bill Knight Ford with one of the vehicles and specs I was looking for. I contacted them online for an OTD price and was quickly responded to by Jessica with a video introduction and a video walk through of the truck. No other Ford dealer did this in my search (some took a few days to even respond) She never pressured me and always answered my questions right away. I sat for 45 min after my truck was pulled out. When I asked if my truck was ready, I was told hang on let me find out. Then he had to make a call to find the keys. After he found the keys and I was paying, he said, sorry I guess I don't get to take a lunch. It was 3:10 P.M. my appointment was at 1:30, I was there at 1:15. I'm sorry, but not my fault he didnt get to take a lunch. When I went to my truck and opened the door, there was oil all over the handle, steering wheel and gear shifter. Very unprofessional!!! ***** My husband was contacted by the new owner and he apologized for how I was treated. He arranged for our truck to be picked up and detailed, said he doesn't do business like that. That they were educating the staff and it wouldn't happen again. I want to thank him for that! He did make it right and for that I am changing my 1 star to a 5 star. Kudos ???? to you sir!
New owner for our Green Country Ford, Bill Knight took the helm. I set an appointment, showed up, nice crew here, done in just over an hour. Thats pretty good service. Come give them a chance to service your car or truck.
