2012 RAM 2500 ST 4X4 Crew Cab SWB

Sunday I emailed them to look at a few cars I was interested Brian called me as soon as they opened I went up there, test drove both cars and chose the one I liked more. I purchased the car and Brian was so amazing offered me a drink while we got everything taken care of. I did notice the tail light was busted and while I was at the bank getting the check Brian ordered the part and told me as soon as it comes in he will call me and then also install it for me. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a car and whenever I decide to get a new one I will be back again.

The wife and I happened to randomly stop in to peruse the lot a couple days ago. After a few minutes Brian came to great us from the office. I asked him about an Impala that wasn't even tagged for sale yet. He was extremely accommodating, provided the Carfax right away and told me all he knew about the car. We left and after some discussion, contacted Brian with an offer. He worked it out to within a very small margin and we agreed to purchase it after a confirmation test drive. We discovered one issue with the car that he agreed to have repaired right away. I stopped in alone thus morning to complete the sale paperwork and such. Unfortunately I had no one available to pick the vehicle up with me. Brian kindly and without hesitation offered to drive it back to my house so long as I gave him a lift back to the lot. Awesome! Overall wonderful experience purchasing our new to us Impala. Thank you, Brian!
