2012 RAM 2500 ST 4X4 Crew Cab LWB

Purchased sight unseen some things went smooth, others didn't. Bryce was on top of it all though! He shipped me a nice, solid clean 14 f350 on his dime and when it came in both batteries were dead. He asked me to get them tested and they came back no good. Bryce was quick to jump on the grenade and made things right. He did a jam up job answering all my questions and had no problem sending pix and vids. He was not pushy and communicated right away.
