2014 RAM 2500 Tradesman 4WD Crew Cab SWB

My husband has been on the search for a new "used" truck! He came across a truck that caught his eye that happened to be at Thys. The only issue is that's about an hour and a half away from us. Let me tell you our experience was well worth the day off from work to make the drive! My husband called on a Friday and got Dave on the line inquiring if the truck was still available and let him know if so we plan to be there on Monday. Dave let him know that it was, but if it happen to sell over the weekend he'd let us know so we didn't make a wasted trip! Sure enough Dave reached out Monday morning to confirm it was still there. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure sales!!! Our entire process was very seamless and Dave and Ryan were AMAZING and the reason why!! They understood and had no problem making my husband happy! He had a couple requests they didn't even blink twice about!! ???? We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend the small town, family owned dealership!!!

Such a smooth, easy process! We bought a truck and had great communication and assistance from Tyler. He went above and beyond by staying a little late to allow us to view the vehicle since we came from out of town. Ryan did our financing under the pressure of a time crunch that we provided and even with fully answering all of our questions we were signed and out the door at the exact time that we gave him.
