I was in a bind; I drove up to Payson from Phoenix, when suddenly, my Mustang had white smoke coming out of the engine & tailpipes. I was lucky enough to make it to this dealer, & had the pleasure of working with Kate Haynes in service. She went above & BEYOND to help me, fit my car in with no appointment, & explained in detail what was wrong with photos of the car in the bay. Even providing me with all my car’s warranty info, numbers to call in the future if I ever have issues. I have been to NUMEROUS Fords in Phoenix, treated extremely poorly, & my concerns brushed aside, rude aviators. There, in Star Valley, Kate is very knowledgeable in her trade, & I am even thinking of making the drive for future services, just because she was so great.
