The ultimate in car buying and service experience. I just purchased a gently used Maserati with the pleasant assistance of sales specialist, David Leach, he was knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. Paul in the accounting devision provided me information for Triton Protect plan with zero pressure and 30 days to decide. It's a true bumper to bumper extended warranty and cheaper than anything else I could find. They offer an impressive 5 year 75k miles warranty, and another option of 75k miles and 999 months for a little more, which is unheard of, I couldn't find any other extended warranties that would cover the Maserati for more than 2 years over the manufacturer warranty because of the astronomical cost of repairs. The no-brainer closing point is that this warranty is transferable or refundable, if you don't use the full policy, it's prorated at any time you want to cancel. That was the cherry on top, it's like buying a new car, and I can sleep like a baby. They offer only the highest quality vehicles that pass through their very stringent inspections, and at one of the lowest prices on the internet. My best car buying experience and no buyers remorse, only an enjoyable ride with a big smile. The manager, Talas Rogers, runs a tight ship focused on customer satisfaction. I also want to give a shout-out to the Service department, Micheal the extraordinary service manager with extensive expertise in Range Rovers, and my service concierge Sara Cribbs, and all the master mechanics that fix and maintain my Range Rover of the years. There is never an issue and they are honest, the work is always complete and done right the first time. Some of the smaller independent shops can make the problems worse and more costly. I've used Reeves Land Rover in Tampa and Dimmit Land Rover in Clearwater, and I can confidently say that Crown is the best in the entire Tampa Bay area! The triple crown winner in used cars, new cars, and service department. I'm sold, they made me a lifetime customer.
