2013 RAM 2500 Laramie Longhorn 4X4 Crew Cab SWB

I needed to get a car looked at that I was buying. Under the hood, put it on a lift and inspect the undercarriage, and basically give it a good going over. I was calling around and found Gilchrist Automotive and ask for the service manager and found Larry Dixon. He took the bull by the horns and took care of me with detailed pictures showing me the car was nothing but lipstick on a pig. Larry saved me 25 thousand and did this as a courtesy at no charge. I also called Jerry Durant Auto Group and they were to busy to help me and wanted 236 dollars.....WOW..... I just wanted to let people know the service I received was nothing short of 2 thumbs up from Gilchrist Automotive & finding people who care is rare now & they are a great bunch of people.

I was greeted by RJ Smiley. I told RJ that I had just started my search for a vehicle and was not going to be making a buying decision for a few more days and didn't want to waste his time. He educated me on features and benefits of several models that I didn't realize they had. Rj's product knowledge and enthusiasm was spot on. I have looked at vehicles at several dealers and RJ is the only sales person that has followed up w me. He has also advised me of finance options should I need it. ... You can buy a car anywhere but the dealer is what makes the difference. I will positively be back to see Rj Smiley ????

Wow where do I start , the level of attention and service I received from RJ is unmatched in this day and age in the car business ! Great job RJ . If you are looking for someone that is in the know in the car business ask for RJ .
