We had a specific budget- with a specific end goal- we had 3 dealerships tell us what we needed could not be done- we had one dealership attempt but ultimately could not accomplish getting us into the vehicle- despite approval and an executed contract- Killeen Auto Sales took the time- actively listened to what we needed- considered the situation- found a solution and we closed within 48 hours-. We bought a car from this dealer last weekend; the salesman we worked with was Todd. He has obviously been dong this for a long time, because he had a real gift for intrinsically matching the right cars with the right customers. We were clear about the max we felt ok with spending, and Todd got us into the exact type of vehicle we wanted for the price point we'd stated when we first walked onto the lot. He was friendly, honest, and genuinely interested in listening to our situation and what we needed. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The shop was relaxed, professional, and welcoming. We drove away in exactly the vehicle we needed; it was clean and had good tires, good brakes, a strong engine, a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. We felt we'd been treated in a very professional way and that the whole experience was also personable and customized to what we needed. We do not live in Killeen, but we found it was well worth the drive to go there as opposed to Austin, and we'll certainly go back to Killeen Auto Sales each time we need to replace a vehicle now, due to the trust factor. Todd is what we used to call "good people," in the old days, and that's priceless when buying a car!.
