The biggest issue with going to a dealer you don't know, is trust - this value needs to be earned, and for that, it takes time, listening and communicating clearly what you can and cannot do. The transaction went very smoothly with the whole team - Mike, Tyler (kind and trusted sales back up person for Mike), Brian (company owner who greeted me with a smile), and DJ (Finance expert who handled the paperwork).
