While vacationing in Hot Springs, our old vehicle developed problems at 430pm on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. We had been discussing trading it in for over a year and decided this might be a sign. The staff at Greg Orr stayed late to help us find a new vehicle. They were incredibly polite, professional, and gave us a great deal. Thank you to everyone but in particular i would give a shout out to Jaylen our sales representative and Robert in finance.
I’m truly grateful for my experience at Orr Honda. Wilmer and Tim really worked hard to get me everything I wanted at a price I could afford. Plus paid off my trade in. Honestly there were no hidden cost Or voodoo involved! I was so skeptical after my last experience! I am excited about owning a vehicle that isn’t in the shop for weeks while getting repairs right after I buy it. My last experience was terrible!
