2015 RAM 5500

I was lucky enough to meet Steve one day years ago while dropping off a vehicle that I towed in for his shop to repair and he introduced himself and said how he admired my old 7.3 tow truck, and after being burned by a well know local Ford dealership on 3 occasions where they failed to repair my truck properly , ever since then Chicagoland Diesel has been the ONLY shop that I trust to work on my 2001 F450 7.3 Powerstroke tow truck. Knowledgeable service and parts staff who’ve always been able to get my truck right. They’ve also helped with some big electrical gremlins on my Fathers Ford Escape on more than one occasion now and I’ve been directing a lot of friends and family to Chicagoland Diesel for the vehicles as well. This review is overdue mostly because I’ve just been enjoying driving my truck since I’ve taken it to these guys. But anyways, I bought my truck about two years ago. First time owner of a diesel truck but it’s always something I wanted. After a bad experience with a recommended mechanic. I was hesitant on taking it to someone else. One night I stumbled across Chicagoland diesel and I’m so happy I did. Since taking my truck to them I haven’t regretted it. The professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness is the reason I won’t take my truck to anyone but them. Not only did they fix the issue from the previous mechanic failed to fix. But they did faster than it took me to get to the shop. With their fair pricing too, it’s a no brainer. If you care about your truck and want it done the right way the first time every time then this is where you want to take it to. Thanks guys!
