Bought a 2010 bucket truck from Pinnacle in 2020. Very pleased with our purchase. It took extra time as I was from Canada and couldn’t see the truck before it was shipped but pinnacle worked with me to give comprehensive videos/pics and referred us to a shipping company.
I’ve had a great experience with Pinnacle, their customer service and responsiveness is great and so I’ve bought several bucket trucks from them and had zero issues out of them. They are still out in the field now performing flawlessly. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
