I recently retired and wanted a heavy duty truck to put a camper on, I found one at Family Motor Company. I owned my own business and have purchased well over 100 vehicles in my life. I went to FMC expecting the typical pushy, hard sell. It was quite the opposite, Joseph and Matthew educated me on the vehicle and gave me the space and time to decide for myself. This was the smoothest, most straight-forward vehicle purchase we've ever made. Joseph told us up front how his dealership works, and what to expect, which my wife and I really appreciated.
