2015 RAM 5500 Regular Cab SWB DRW

This place took care of me, I had issues with my 2018 freightliner cascadia. Problem with DEF system. Jason the owner took very good care, he found a broken wire for the system, fix it and ran lost of test to make sure system works properly and no issues. Very pleased with All the work and very decent on price, lower rate per hour then dealer 100% and please people don'texpect $100 and hour because those rate are gone for good back in 2010's and anyone that does cheap won't do any good usually. I really recommend this place to anyone who cares about there vehicles to have a great service, they know what there doing, Jason is very knowledgeable person big thanks to him for helping fixing my truck. Wow!! We were passing through on our way to Tampa area when our battery light came on ? Arrived at Site Tuck repair at 1630 and alternator changed, power steering leak fixed and air cleaner sensor fixed by 1730. Holy cow!! We knew we were up a creek without a paddle with the alternator problem. We saw the great Goggle reviews, so headed here. We knew it was the end of their work day, but we still have hours to go to get to our destination. Jason was nice enough to help us and fix everything he happened upon, for us!! Breaking down sucks. But breaking down within range of Jason and his team at Site Truck takes the sting out of unexpected truck repairs. When my A/C went out I expected to have several days down time and a huge bill. What I got was exceptional service, quick professional repairs and a fair and honest repair bill. And on top of it I made a friend. Jason did a thorough job from diagnosis to final repair. He kept me advised along the way and repaired my truck faster than he had promised.
