What an incredible car buying experience. From the moment we stepped foot onto the lot to a few days later driving off in our new Jeep Grand Cherokee L we were treated like royalty. After spending several months shopping for a specific model to no avail we came across what we were looking for at Roger Williams CDJR and decided to go and see it. We were welcomed by Katie Lansford and told her about our previous poor experiences at dealerships to which she ensured us she was just here to help. After test driving and talking numbers we left and maintained communication for the next couple days. When we decided that was the one Katie had the paperwork practically ready to go when we walked in the door. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership. We will be telling those we know to go to this dealership, we also look forward to working with Katie again in the very near future. Shout out to Derek and Justin as well.
I have had zero issues with this dealership. They have always been friendly helpful and taken care of us since we've been in the area. I have had them take care of warranty stuff and never spent a dime. They have also given me a ride wherever I need to go. I will be buying a new vehicle when I'm ready from them. They usually have a pretty good selection of new vehicles to look at with no dealership add-ons.
