Adam and his guys went above and beyond with communication, and made me a great, great deal. We talked on the phone several times, and through email, and he guided me through the process and gave me some great insight and advice on the vehicle I purchased, along with tips for the business! He also was flexible with the price because I was short on the total which is something you are not gonna see at many dealerships, folks. I worked with him personally and I’ve kept in touch in the process. He is a great professional and is really down to earth. I can’t say enough about this company we purchased a truck site unseen from Maryland which can be very stressful and the owner and staff was always detailed in response and shipping to us. Once we received the truck it was clean as shown in pictures and went to get inspected and to which it failed for minimal items I thought oh well that’s the gamble but I figured let me reach out and see if they would be willing to help out with the 2k plus bill and without hesitation they stood behind the truck and paid for the bill. As business owner myself I thought customer service was non existent but heavy metal shows there is still some good companies out. I plan on purchasing 2 more bucket trucks from this company this upcoming year. Thank you again!

Awesome dealership. I recently purchased a tow truck there and could not be happier with the service. There was a problem with the tow lights when I picked up the truck, so the owner sent me a brand new set in the mail. Could not be happier!
