2021 RAM 3500 Tradesman 4X4 Crew Cab DRW

We purchased a used Ford Expedition yesterday and I am telling you, this was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. I called to get more information about the vehicle before making the drive and I was connected to our salesman, Keaton. From the very first phone conversation he was very polite, helpful, and straight forward. He was so easy to work with. We were quickly able to reach a very fair agreement with no haggling and none of the typical car sales “games” that get played at a lot of dealerships. Then we met with Kyle in the finance department and, again, very honest, straight forward and quick. We paid cash, but there were no surprise add-ons or fees as some reviewers have previously stated. Everything was how it was discussed with Keaton. We will definitely be using Freedom and Keaton in the future. So far we love our new car and it was overall an excellent experience!

I just bought a Charger from this dealership and I would highly recommend them. I came from out of town to get the car so I needed to know the price upfront. Sales rep Keaton was very straight forward and easy to work with to understand the out the door price - and the price was really good right off the bat, didn't have to haggle a lot. James, the finance manager, also got a bunch of info from us upfront so we didn't have to spend a long time in the dealership. There were no high pressure sales tactics, no online prices that turn out to be fake because there are $4000 in dealer add-ons you can't remove, and no cars posted online that "just sold but they have another more expensive car" I talked to over a dozen dealerships and only 2 were this easy to work with. The other one didn't have the car we wanted.. so we ended up going all the way to Freedom for for the right car at the right price with sales folks that were easy to work with. Highly recommended!

i had been shopping for three weeks for a challenger , i had gone to a company CM IN AUSTIN i had a car shipped in that looked beautiful in the picks , got there to look at it and it was covered with hail dents ,and was told that this was acceptable by there standards , i saw a car at a honda dealer in leander and after being hounded for three days to show them my finances and to put down a 500 dollar non refundable deposite, i found out they didnt even have the car! ,then i found mike and sammy at fairfield dodge and these guys were wonderful ,they took my trade at a high value and they had the car i wanted and made it simple to purchase , so simple i drove 3 hrs to get it . i can not say enough great things about this dealership . it was worth the drive .when you get tired of the slimy used car salesmen in the city ! definatly drive out and see these good old boys , you will be very happy you did , i know i am
