2024 RAM 3500 SLT 4X4 Crew Cab

My experience with them started off kind of frustrating but my salesman Ronnie was amazing through the whole process. He was patient, understanding, empathetic, and wasn't pushy at all during any part of the process. He answered my messages on the weekend and first thing Monday he started working on my stuff. He worked for 4 days straight on trying to get me into a car. He delivered my car to me as well. He was very helpful. He listened to everything I told him I needed in a car. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond for me. He cares more about making sure the customer has a good car and not about making the sale for the commission. Thanks so much for ur help Ronnie. I really appreciate it. Oh and there was a problem with my car it was addressed and they helped me get financing on the work I will need to have done.

Love this place! I have had several dealings with them since coming to Ashdown 6 years ago. A big thank you to Jacob for not being a pushy salesperson and understanding that while I'd live to trade in or sell my current Chevy, I'm just quite ready to pull the trigger yet. I will be back!
