Within twenty-four hours of bringing in my 2019 Impala, the service shop at Friendly Chevrolet in Springfield, Illinois, diagnosed the problem, acquired the needed parts, and made the major repair. The cost was reasonable, and the communication from service advisor Dan Stickel was honest and clear. I appreciate all that plus the free shuttle service.

Had a great buying experience here. Drove about 6 hours round trip but their price was beyond fair for the vehicle I got. Overall the buying process was painless besides writing the check. Truck was ready as promised which made the time at the dealership very minimal. Would easily go back there to buy another vehicle from them. Highly recommended for fair pricing and great service.
