2024 Honda HR-V EX-L AWD

My son recently was in the market for his first reliable car. We were treated wonderfully by Jose. He worked hard to get my son what he wanted ready in time, and the finance department were very honest and straightforward. I was terrified of being taken advantage of as a single mom with no experience or expertise in cars. My son was so happy about his purchase. Then only 3 weeks in it became evident the cars engine harness wires were damaged when it wouldn’t start. It was an expensive repair and I absolutely panicked thinking we’d been had. I called Jose and he put me in touch with service . We live in Pennsylvania. They came and picked up the car . Pulled the engine and did that expensive repair no charge. They took care of us and made it right. Most importantly they kept their word and stood by their product. I can not recommend Jose, John B and Ivan of Martin Honda De enough. Thank you guys!

This was my first time buying a car. I originally went to see what Civics they had. Mark asked what I was interested in and when told him I liked the Civics he asked if I wanted to sit in it. I said yes he got the keys and told me if I wanted to test drive it to wave him over. He was not pushy at all which was amazing! I returned the day later to purchase the car, and he made the process so easy. If you go to Martin ask for Mark! He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and it feels like you’ve known him for years.

We purchased a vehicle (Honda Pilot) from Mark nearly 3 years ago. Mark was (and is) phenomenal! He made sure we got everything we wanted and kept us under budget. Any minor inconveniences we’ve had (not of any fault of Marks) he’s gone out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! He’s so much more than a “salesman”. My family and I are very pleased with Martin Honda and will be returning to purchase another vehicle (from mark of course) soon. Thanks again Mark, see you again soon.
