Preston and the sales manager working on 03/13/2024 are awesome. Open dialogue, no games. Or I would have left. I buy a new car often. About every 1-2 years and these guys are great bi drove over an hour and a half to make the deal and I’d do it again. Thanks again guys! (Even though I didn’t buy a Ram, I’m loving my Raptor).

Talk about customer service. Shopped at a couple other dealerships as one does and no one was able to provide as good of a deal or overall better car buying experience. Jesse Perez made the experience pain free. Allowed us the freedom to take our time test drive compare deals and just over all great customer service. No preasue and made us feel like family..Jesse was fantastic didn't waist our time and treated us like family not a customer. Jesse handed us over to Justin the sales manager. We told him what we wanted payment wise and ofcourse came in over which no matter what one does that always happens when buying a new car. Although Justin could have made me feel better about the deal had he tossed in free tinting... lol Justin made sure we got the number right. Than ofcourse for the close. That dreaded signing and constant upsaleing of extended warenty and all that other pushy add on stuff. To our surprise Leslie the contract signer was absolutely fantastic made sure we had our Gap coverage and the best interest rate possible. Not pushy accomadating and just over all a delite to sign with. If your car shopping try the others first than come here so you realize how amazing this location and customer service is. We buy new cars about every two to three years. If we're still in this area we will be returning here and I could not give more than 5 stars because I would. Really made our car buying experience hassle free and on our terms. I'm typically the first to find faults and be negative so realize for me to have taken the time to write this says alot. Thank you Dwayne Lanes for a positive car buying experience. Although Justin I would at least like a Mopar hat shirt a key chain or something!!!! Lol
