Purchased a used car from this place mid November. Shopping for a used car is also shopping for a place to buy a used car. FBN was recommended and after comparing various places, we found it to be the most honest place we found. Amazing customer service. Great deal on a vehicle. Treated amazingly. Didn’t even have to ask for the Carfax, a copy was inside the vehicle immediately for me to review. Had a slight issue with one of the tires. Brought it back in today. Completely fixed and no charge. Honored the three month warranty. Started with the auto sales and they had me go on down to the repair shop. Steve helped us out and was unbelievable. Highly recommend auto sales and the auto shop. Will definitely recommend this place and any future used vehicle I am going to purchase, I already know it’s going to be from here.

Very pleasant experience buying a car here. Jeff was nice and friendly, patient and helpful, definitely not pushy (not your typical car dealer). We found the used car we liked, agreed on a price, and finished the paperwork very quickly. We even got the warranty that was important for our son's first car. They have a repair shop which is convenient. We are happy with the car, after two days, and hope it will continue to run like this for years to come.
