This has been the smoothest used vehicle purchase I ever encountered. I drove 3 hours to look at a used Ford F350. I explained to them what made sense for my budget and we immediately made a deal with no back and forth. My sales guy Jose Gaston was amazing, felt like an old friend! The manager Rocky and Homer Araoz in Finance were also amazing. I would do business with this dealer again. It was refreshing to deal with stand up people in the car business.

Thank you to our dealer Jose Gaston at Cape Coral Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram for finding a great used car for my family. We started shopping for cars in Sarasota and found all lemons. On the way home this car came up, so we went and were happily surprised! Jose worked hard on answering our questions and showing off the features. He never rushed us and was so patient. He even did it all again when I called my husband to see the car. His communication, thoughtfulness and patience was top notch! We ended up leaving as we couldn’t find the deal we were looking for, but Jose kept on trying and a few days later we purchased the minivan. We came back with the entire family, this dealership has a KIDS ROOM! It allowed us to finish what we needed and have the kiddos not in the way, way to go dealership! For this momma that’s a WOW factor. Jose was super kind this trip too and brought the car back out so I could show it to my father for the final blessing before we signed the deal. Talk about going the extra mile! We did the financing with Homero and it was so relaxing. He had everything organized and ready. He was able to chat and keep the time from feeling slow with his positive and friendly attitude. I even forgot my title but he assured me I could bring it in later that day. No biggie. It was a pleasurable experience all around! AND when I came back a few hours later, Homero came right up to me and happily finished the job. It’s nice to have a good story to go with your car purchase experience. If you need a car, seek out Jose, he really does work to give you a good experience.

My experience started with my salesman Peter Mekhad who approached us to see if he could be of service. He was extremely courteous not pushy an took the time to understand our situation an what we needed in a new vehicle . You could tell he wanted us to find exactly what would fit our needs. He took time an had tons of patience esp as my husband was ill an having difficulty with processing. We were greeted by Shawn who also was totally understanding of our situation an valued our needs an understood an did everything to make things work out for us. The deal we made was transparent an without confusion of any kind, we had some questions which he immediately put to rest..he told us about the jeep loyalty bonus which helped out with us coming to a deal. We are 100 percent satisfied, its a 10 in our book all the way around. Obtw one other key was Patrick who did the financials when my husband asked about military he showed us an option which gave us even more of a discount on our deal. He was so engaging we really liked his personality as well as how easy an accurate he finalized the paperwork. My vehicle was delivered to my home sparkling an in perfect condition. Peter has to be the very best car salesman we have deal with so far. Thank you ever so much. COMPLETE SATISFACTION ALL THE WAY AROUND.
