2011 RAM 1500 SLT Regular Cab SWB

I was shopping for a vehicle for several weeks and was getting turned down left and right. I came across a Hyundai Elantra on CarGurus at Ron’s dealership, and went to go check it out. Upon arriving he had me submit my credit application to get the process started, he came back and said that they wanted a little more than the down payment on the windshield due to my credit score being so low, which I happily obliged. After countless dealerships, and several weeks of frustration, I was finally able to drive off the lot in my beautiful Elantra all thanks to Ron and his hard work. His cars all seemed to be in pretty good condition (keep in mind they are used cars, so don’t expect perfect like-new condition) and he offers a warranty on his vehicles as well as GAP insurance which was amazing. There were a few minor cosmetic things wrong with the vehicle, and one minor mechanical thing wrong (the back window gets stuck for a moment rolling up/down which is no biggie and an easy fix if it ever gets to be too bothersome for me) but other than that, the car runs wonderfully. I have already made a couple trips down to Florida in it and put right about 5,000 miles on it in the past month and have ran into no issues whatsoever. I will 1000% be telling anyone I know that is looking for a used car to make the drive to visit Ron. He is honest about his vehicles, and most importantly he is going to try to work with you no matter what, even with poor credit. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Ron for putting an end to the headache of trying to purchase a vehicle again and making everything as smooth as possible for me. ALSO, my registration came directly in the mail so I didn’t have to visit the tag office. I’m not sure if that is something all dealerships do now, or only select ones. I’ve bought vehicles in Georgia previously and always had to go into the tag office (though it’s been some years) so being able to skip that and have my plate and registration be mailed directly to me was a nice bonus. Recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Ron. Excellent service from the first call to the last. He made some repairs that was requested, he had the vehicle washed and ready for pickup on time, he coordinated a vehicle delivery from Atlanta to NYC and when I had some paperwork issues at NYC DMV, Ron remained on the phone to ensure it all went smooth.
