I recently purchased my first truck from Awesome Chevrolet at the beginning of August, and the experience was outstanding. The price was very reasonable for the mileage and year of the truck. Jobi, my salesperson, was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. As someone new to buying a truck, I appreciated how Jobi patiently guided me through all the technical details, making the experience much smoother. The finance process was equally pleasant; the finance person was very friendly, and the paperwork went smoothly with no major hiccups. Like any dealership, there was the usual attempt to upsell additional "extras," but I had done my research beforehand. Despite the initial back-and-forth, I was able to push back and secure the truck at a reasonable price without unnecessary add-ons. Overall, I had an exceptional experience with Awesome Chevrolet. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Highly recommended!
Update: Called for another appointment and received a call back that day to schedule an appontment. Plus, they are going to look at two issues for me. Okay, okay. Let's see how the service goes. Original review (3 stars) Meh. I knew I needed an AirCon recharge on a '21 suburban, which I told them, but still was charged the $200 diagnostic fee. Plus the $300 AirCon fee that only a dealer can do (not an Awesome Chevrolet issue, so I'm not upset with them about the cost.) I had asked if they could check a few other things for me while I was making the appointment, but they said I would need another appointment. Guessing that means more diagnostic fees. Last part - took several weeks to get ahold of service. Called and left a message, called on different days during service hours, nothing. Finally got through to sales who has to take a personal note and deliver it to service to get them to call me. Really?? I like that they are close, job was completed on time, and got a free voucher for a car wash. I'm hoping to use them for all my Chevy stuff, but so far haven't been too impressed. I'll try a few more times and update the review. P.S. maybe I dropped it in the wrong spot, but key drop for after hours slot, drops the key right behind a glass door. I'm sure there is security, just felt... I guess like I was asking for someone to steal it. Car was fine next day, just seemed odd.
The parts and service departments really went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed. I was supposed to be leaving on vacation the following morning and pulling our travel trailer. They made sure my truck was fixed by the end of the day. It really meant a lot that they worked so hard to do everything they could to get my truck fixed. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly, attentive, and truly cared about getting my truck back on the road in top condition. What really stood out was the extra effort they put in to make sure my truck was thoroughly taken care of. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and value their customers.
