2007 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Quad Cab LWB DRW

We rolled into town from Texas with a concern on our journey to the NCM in Bowling Green. One of our group members noticed while following us that we had an issue with something hanging from the rear side of the car. The challenge was we arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before closing. They took our Corvette into ER and put it on the rack and quickly diagnosed that we had lost one of our rear braking track package deflector. So no serious issue. The team reacted quickly and took very good care of us. I would say they went well above and beyond. Thank you Jessie, the Service Manager and the Coad team.

My car over heated one two weeks ago and then again last Tues. Austin was able to get it work in Fri. Damages were covered under GM warranty and I had my car back first thing Monday morning. So far everything seems great. I leave for a 8 hour road trip Thurs so I Hope this fixed it. They did an AC repair months ago also under a warranty, also great service then. :)

Service department is top notch, Alana and Austin have both gone above and beyond to help me several times. Extremely friendly and efficient team. Great job!
