At Park Rapids Ford, Phil in service and Luke in sales are fantastic people to work with! When a freak accident took out my F-150 transmission during a camping trip, 4 hours from home, Luke was there the next morning to pick me up at the campsite and take me 40 minutes to the dealership. They loaned me a truck to get my camper home! More than I could ask for. Phil worked directly with my insurance company to settle the claim. Once the backordered transmission was available, they quickly scheduled it in the shop and completed the task. Even though they are 3 1/2 hours from home, I will definitely consider them when it's time for my next Ford vehicle.
