Well to start off with, I was very disappointed I was not met with a balloon drop and mariachi band, and glamor girls with champagne when I first walked in. They need to work on that. But otherwise doing business with them was very pleasant. I needed a new pull truck to pull trailers for show cars I’ve built. I knew exactly what I wanted in the powertrain configuration. Unfortunately, Faine’s had the only one i could find in the country, so I had to come up from Texas. I looked around. Pretty impressive inventory and facilities. I didn’t see a bondo-bucket on the lot. They were friendly and professional. One item on the truck I wanted changed before I would buy it and they jumped right on it. That gave me the chance to see their service facilities. I was most impressed. They would rival those of most new car dealerships. In doing the final paperwork I had to catch myself and not let it insult my intelligence when the F&I guy pointed out the standard AS IS, NO WARRANTY clause you’d expect when buying a used car. (That’s a risks you assume in exchange for the benefit in a reduced price and depreciation buying a pre-owned car. They’re USED! They’re cars! They WILL need repairs!). I stayed calm by telling myself there probably really are imbeciles out there that expect used cars to be NEW without wear and have manufacturer style warranties and services like loaner cars, etc. He was just being thorough. He really wasn’t implying I was an idiot. I drove the truck 810 miles home no problem. Given the need and opportunity I would definitely do business with these people again.

I’ve had alot of bad luck buying vehicles sight unseen, but when I got to the lot, the truck I was shown was exactly what they told me it would be. Had zero problems on the way home and the service was perfect. I dealt with Jarrod and he responded quickly, took all the extra pictures I requested immediately, and also worked with their banks to get the exact down payment and interest rate I was looking for.100% recommend these guys. Also the price was very fair in my opinion even given the crazy market.
