Fantastic service! Scott was super kind and helpful! The guys went above and beyond when I asked them to check for a leak during my oil change. The convenience of being able to stop by when you’re able to makes it that much better!

I showed up for an oil change and service on my Explorer. They were very busy. Rachael Contini came out to my vehicle to talk to me and explain to me what was going on. She even called the Nissan/Honda shops to see if they could link to Ford Pass so that I’d get the points, but they couldn’t, so I decided to leave my vehicle and she would call or text when it was done. She was very polite and went above and beyond to make things go as smooth as possible. I appreciate her effort in making this an excellent customer service experience!
