While their inventory of what we wanted was limited because multiple Explorers sold that week, Mason Wade and the sales manager worked on finding a few vehicles that fit our criteria within minutes and they arrived two days later. I got into my first accident and had to buy my first car. It had been a super stressful time, however, Mason and his team made this process SO easy! They walked me through every step of the process with care. Justin called me after I inquired about a car they didn’t have and instead offered me a similar model.
