2015 Ford Fiesta SE Sedan

I was SO impressed by the level of service and care we received at AI motor group. My car’s engine light had come on, and Dobb’s quoted me $2000 to fix it along with some old hoses. So, I decided it was time to research a new-to-me car, although I was sad about it. AI Motor Group is actually a dealership with an auto repair shop attached, so while I test drove another car, they looked at my car and told me they could fix it for well under $2000 if that’s what I’d prefer to do. They even invited me into the servicing area to show me specifically what needed fixing. In the end, I decided that it made more sense to trade in my car for the one that I’d test driven, but I did not feel pressured in the slightest. Jeremy Plummer kept reiterating that they could fix my current car if that’s what I’d prefer to do. They gave me such a good deal, giving me way more for my old car than its auction value, and I walked away with a new-to-me 2017 Hyundai with only 92k miles on it for less than $5k. The car runs beautifully and gets great mileage, and all of the paperwork was mailed to me promptly and efficiently. Everyone was so kind and not pushy at all, just genuine, honest people. I highly recommend!!!

The whole experience with these guys has been pleasant. They represented the car accurately - I had my mechanic inspect and verify, which they were totally cool with. Negotiation was respectful and fair. I would have no reservations recommending Jordan and Kyle to others - I will be a repeat customer.
