2015 Ford Fiesta SE Hatch

I wanted to find a specific auto that is both ecco friendly, had availability to haul donations and looked good and i finally found it here. I run a charity and we help many so i can’t tell you how important it is to have the right auto. I looked for weeks on both new and used lots but i am thrilled with what i found here and with the owner and his employees as they renewed my beliefs in buying from a used car lot and they in my opinion are the best. This is the exception to traditional used car lots and salesmen.. You will find a good vehicle and someone you can trust here. I would recommend this location to buy a used vehicle as honesty and integrity is impossible to find but the guys here have it!

It's very rare that people experience genuine goodwill and especially when it comes to business, but that's exactly what I experienced with both of my purchases at Paykan. As a young woman going in alone with hardly even any driving experience I cant express how lucky I am to have been able to work with Hadi. The cars are clean and faultless, at unbeatable prices. I was able to land a 2010 Honda Accord, with all the bells and whistles for a little more than 6500 which is my second purchase. Hadi's warm and joking nature will make you feel at ease every time. He goes out of his way to make the experience less complicated and takes care of his customers. When I didn't have my driver's license on me, he took me on the test drive. When the finance company was giving me the run around, he himself called and gave them a piece of his mind. When I had to go all the way to Santee to sign and pick up the check and said I was going to Uber, he said absolutely not as it would cost more money, he and his friend Jimmy dropped me off. Not only did they drop me off, they waited at least 20-30 minutes I had to re-sign all over again as the agent made a mistake, and when I got out they even had some lunch waiting for me. I felt like a child with her dad lol the only way I can describe it. Forever thankful not only for the car but being able to experience kindness like they shared. The car is amazing, runs great and its beautiful! Forgive my very late review, but I just wanted to finally thank Paykan Auto!

I saw a good deal online and had a lot of other cars to look at for the day. I went to paykan to check out the car I was interested in, loved it besides some minor details. They told me, “oh you’ll be back”. And they were right haha. Everything else I looked at was just not the value paykan was offering. The experience was fun, they crack jokes, it’s not all uptight and serious. They sell the vehicle as is. So no warranty on engine or parts/ repairs. All though they maintain a verbal agreement that if things go wrong in the car to see them and they we’ll help and give you the best deal possible on repairs. Overall great experience thank you for the hospitality.
